In 2008, Churches Together in Keynsham and Saltford are organising a wide ranging and exciting programme for the whole community -
'More to Life 08'.

Recognising that God plays in every scene of life, 'More to Life 08' is seeking to discover spiritual signposts amidst the passions of life which engage people's hearts today.

Each month of the year will be devoted to a specific theme as detailed in the menu above.

Trudie Lobban speaks about the birth, growth and establishment of what is now an international charity, which she founded less than 20 years ago.

How did she do it? Why did she do it?

Trudie grew up in Bristol and Saltford, so she is a real local celebrity.

The charity is the Syncope Trust (www.stars.org.uk) and an umbrella organisation, the Arrhythmia Alliance (www.heartrhythmcharity.org.uk), supports groups working with and individuals affected by, cardiac arrhythmias.

She organizes events for doctors and is invited to medical conferences nationally and internationally to give the perspective of individuals and carers.
