Following on from the 'More to Life 08' activities in 2008, 'More to Life' is now developing an ongoing programme of events and activities for everyone. Taste and see what this has to offer to the people of Keynsham, Saltford and the surrounding villages over the next few years.
The vision for 'More to Life' is that it will be the community arm of Churches Together in Keynsham and Saltford: supporting what already takes place, networking and engaging with people in the community.
The Return
Friday 9-10 October 7:30 pm, St Johns Parish church, Keynsham
Don’t miss The Return! - a Christian musical based on the parable of the Prodigal Son taking place at St John’s Church on October 9th and 10th. Written and directed by Roger Peach, the timeless story has a fresh twist with a contemporary setting and two daughters instead of two sons.
There will be a spectacular mix of artistic talent: singers, a range of instruments, drama, dance, video and images, involving performers from St John's Church, St John's School and others from the community as part of the ongoing More to Life programme in Keynsham and Saltford. It’s an ideal event to invite along friends and family. Performances are 7.30pm on Oct 9, and 3pm and 7.30pm on Oct 10.
