In 2008, Churches Together in Keynsham and Saltford are organising a wide ranging and exciting programme for the whole community -
'More to Life 08'.

Recognising that God plays in every scene of life, 'More to Life 08' is seeking to discover spiritual signposts amidst the passions of life which engage people's hearts today.

Each month of the year will be devoted to a specific theme as detailed in the menu above.

Informal free way to explore the Christian faith.

Weekly Tuesday evening group, from 6th May to 8 July, meeting at a course leader’s home. Times will all be 7pm until 9pm.

This first session on 29 April is the Introductory Alpha Supper, when you are welcome to ‘taste and see’ (the course as well as the food!).

Alpha is a 9 or 10-week course which runs in churches across the world, and has had extraordinary impact over the last twelve years or so. Scores of people worldwide have begun their journey of faith, or experienced a renewal of their faith, as a result of attending an Alpha Course. Perhaps part of its secret is in its design: it is intended to be friendly and fun as well as thought-provoking (the sound of laughter is never far away!) – each evening starts with a meal together, and also includes a short presentation followed by group discussions. These are designed to invite all manner of questions – there is a rule that no question is the wrong question, and all contributions to the discussion are welcome.
