Gareth Davies-Jones is a seasoned professional singer-songwriter/guitarist and has appeared at many of the UK’s best known festivals and venues including Celtic Connections Festival, Greenbelt Festival, Off The Tracks, and Brighton Arena.
His work spans five albums to date. His music has been featured on BBC Local Radio across the UK, BBC Radio 4, Radio Britfolk, The Acoustic Stage and FolkRadio UK. Described stylistically as James Taylor meets Billy Bragg or Brian Kennedy meets Pete Seeger, Gareth has a crisp clear guitar style and a mature and memorable voice. From the big issues to the mundane he performs and entertains in the folk/acoustic tradition as well as using his music to support various organisations fighting for social justice such as Traidcraft, Asylum Aid and Casa Alianza.
